Disclaimer
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. GoPlay may enforce moderation actions (warnings, mutes, bans, restrictions) at its discretion when rules are violated. Enforcement decisions are made to protect the community and server integrity.
Minimum Age Requirement
By using GoPlay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have obtained parental or guardian consent where required. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be removed where possible.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all actions taken under it. Impersonating staff or other players is not allowed.
Use of Services
When using GoPlay, you agree to:

Modifications and Plugin Behavior
GoPlay uses custom and third-party systems. We are not responsible for bugs, resets, downtime, or data loss caused by updates, plugins, or external services. Game mechanics, features, and progression may change, reset, or be removed at any time for balance, maintenance, or technical reasons.
Prohibited Conduct
The following may result in moderation actions including warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans:
• Griefing, theft, or sabotage
• Hacked clients, macros, or exploit abuse
• Ban or mute evasion (including alternate accounts)
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Spamming or distributing malicious content
• Disrupting community stability or encouraging rule violations
Staff may interpret and enforce these rules to maintain fairness and safety across all GoPlay platforms.
Monitoring and Data Notice
Gameplay and communications may be monitored for moderation, security, and support purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Security and Exploit Disclosure
Security issues and bugs should be reported privately via Support. Public exploitation, abuse of bugs, or sharing vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Player Chat and Content
GoPlay moderates chat and user content to maintain a safe environment but cannot guarantee all content will always be appropriate. Player-generated content reflects individual users and not GoPlay. Players should report violations when they occur.
Feature Availability
Features may be temporarily or permanently changed, disabled, or removed due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service disruptions. GoPlay is not responsible for temporary loss of access or progression.
Satellites Availability
Satellites is an optional feature provided for community engagement. GoPlay may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue this feature at any time without notice or obligation.
Automated Moderation
Automated systems may assist in detecting rule violations, but final enforcement decisions are reviewed by staff when applicable.
Content and Intellectual Property
All GoPlay branding, content, builds, and systems are owned by GoPlay or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use these materials without permission.
Media and Submissions
By submitting content (screenshots, builds, artwork, media, or uploads via Discord, website, or events), you grant GoPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with GoPlay services. You retain ownership and may request removal via Support.
Events and Community Activities
Events may be modified, delayed, or cancelled at any time due to technical, safety, or operational reasons. Participation may require additional rules. Staff and organizers retain final authority over event decisions.
Third-Party Services
GoPlay integrates with third-party services (such as Discord and Tebex). These services operate under their own terms and policies. GoPlay is not responsible for their availability or actions.
In-Game Purchases
All purchases are final unless required by law. Payments are processed securely via Tebex Ltd. (tebex.io) under their Terms and Privacy Policy.
Cross-Play and Bedrock Support
Bedrock support is provided where available but may differ from Java Edition and can change or be discontinued at any time.
Termination
Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations of these Terms. Severe violations may result in permanent bans without prior notice. Appeal outcomes are final.
Liability
GoPlay is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses, downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services or external systems to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed under applicable United States law. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction where legally required.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of GoPlay means you accept the updated Terms.
